Scott McMillen is a versatile entertainer--equally at home with just his acoustic guitar or performing with his backup band, The Chase, always bringing a high-energy country sound.  Scott’s shows feature his originals, as well as covers of crowd-favorite country and classic rock songs.

Scott’s songs showcase his honest and straightforward approach to life and love, with songs about falling for that girl who keeps you on your toes, like in “Stormchaser,” or about the excitement of new love, as in “I Met a Woman” and “If We Were Alone.”  Scott’s previous years in the US Army lend a special perspective to his songwriting, which stands out in his self-reflective, “Way Back Home.” Scott has co-written songs, including “The Old Man” and “Your Side of The Bed,” which were cut by independent artists Mark McGuinn and Kensie Coppin, respectively, and both available on streaming media outlets.

Scott performs from Washington DC to Nashville, TN, and is a fixture on the Fredericksburg, VA music scene.  He has shared the stage with several acclaimed artists including Ashley McBryde, Montgomery Gentry, Shenandoah, Restless Heart, Lone Star, The Davisson Brothers Band, and Radio Romance.  Scott has also performed at shows featuring national acts including Chris Young, Billy Currington, Jake Owen, Thompson Square, and Cole Swindell.  Scott is a charismatic and engaging performer who has a talent for connecting with and drawing his audience into the show ensuring a memorable time.
